The Old Irving Park Community Clinic (OIPCC) is a free, primary care facility founded in 2007 by George Maltezos, LCPC, Dr. Charles Martinez and Robert Ewald on the belief that all people, regardless of socio-economic status, have the right to quality health care.
Our objective is to provide quality, free, culturally competent medical and behavioral health care in a dignified and respectful manner to uninsured and underserved adults. We do this through partnerships with individual volunteers, institutional health care providers, and local businesses.
The clinic has benefited from a generous community of philanthropic foundations, individual and corporate donors, event sponsors, and dedicated volunteers since 2007. We currently have over 150 actively involved volunteers and provide a wide range of services to over 2,500 patients. Our volunteers are a vital and driving force behind what we do.
